Cost Segregation Authority will provide a cost segregation study, that meets or exceeds all IRS guidelines. You can used the study to achieve maximum tax benefits for your clients

1. You choose which of our affiliation agreements best suits your needs.

2. We will make a presentation to your firm. In this presentation we will explain to your staff what cost segregation is and how it can benefit clients.

3. We will explain what items are needed to get a benefit calculation and proposal. Our training is CPE credit approved.

4. We will help you determine which clients could use cost segregation. We will be involved as much as you need.

5. We will provide all of the needed proposals and reports in accordance with the affiliation agreement that you have selected.
